DELIVERY POLICIES

1. Pickup is only available within our operating hours.

2. STRICTLY NO DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE FOR DELIVERY!

3. We engage with 3rd party delivery services (Lalamove or Private Driver), we will send a notification to the recipient when the driver is on the way.

4. The delivering time is within the (3 hours) selected order time frame. Subject to delay due to bad weather, traffic jam and roadblocks. We reserved the right to refund any order if no driver pick up job.
